Payment Terms and Conditions
By engaging the services of Mobile Rehab, you agree to the following payment terms and conditions:
Service Charges:
All fees for assessments, reports, and any additional services are clearly outlined on our website. Charges for an initial assessment are £130, and charges for the accompanying report are £100. Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed.Report Delivery:
Following your assessment, reports are typically completed and submitted within 5-7 working days of the assessment date. We will make every effort to accommodate requests for earlier submission but cannot guarantee delivery outside the agreed timeframe.Payment:
Payments for services are to be made via the payment methods outlined on the website. Payment for reports is due within 14 days of the invoice being issued. Failure to make timely payment may result in additional charges and, if necessary, further action to recover the outstanding amount.Cancellations:
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will incur a charge equal to the full rate of the service booked. This includes both assessments and any follow-up sessions.Non-Payment:
If payment is not received within the stipulated time frame, we reserve the right to charge interest under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998. This may also result in legal action to recover the unpaid debt.Client Responsibility:
It is the client's responsibility to ensure that payment is made on time and that they understand the scope of the service provided. Mobile Rehab will not be liable for any delays or non-payment resulting from the client's failure to meet these obligations.Refunds:
Due to the nature of the services provided, once an assessment or report has been completed, we do not offer refunds.
